Dr. Kevin Gazzara presented "Linking Cross Cultural Leadership and Behavioral Styles to Sustainable Organizational Change" on October 16th, 2008 at The Canadian Society for Training and Development in Toronto, Canada.

This presentation revealed the results of a six-month funded research study linking Leadership Practices to:

1. Behaviors Styles using DISC- (The Language of DISC from TTI)
2. Values and Attributes using PIAV - (Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values from TTI)
3. Task balance preference using TQ - (Task Quotient from TTI)

Organizations all across the world invest tens of billions of dollars each year to assess the cross-cultural leadership effectiveness behavioral styles, values and task alignment of individuals. This session focused on presenting the results of a quantitative correlational research study that creates for the very first time a blueprint allowing global leaders to identify and adapt cross-cultural practices in a radically different way to implement sustainable organizational change.
