This presentation revealed the results of a six-month funded research study linking Leadership Practices to:
Organizations all across the world invest tens of billions of dollars each year to assess the cross-cultural leadership effectiveness behavioral styles, values and task alignment of individuals. This session focused on presenting the results of a quantitative correlational research study that creates for the very first time a blueprint allowing global leaders to identify and adapt cross-cultural practices in a radically different way to implement sustainable organizational change.
